Unfriendly, almost outrageous service

As a local, I was very positively surprised by the great quality. This is not a matter of course for a tourist hotspot. Keep it up and thank you!

HANDS OFF! - I have seldom seen such outrageous dealings with guests. Absolute tourist trap! We were asked to leave our place in the outdoor area on a Sunday at 5:00 p.m., as we didn't order any food and only wanted to have a drink. The reason is the (unrecognizable) lack of space. It couldn't be more outrageous! The waitress wanted to argue about why she was right ...

Anyone who allows themselves as a guest to take a seat outside before the wine bar opens will be rigorously thrown out by the staff. Yes, that's how hospitality works! If you don't mind rudeness and frivolity, you're in good hands here.

Small and cozy restaurant in a really great alley. The food was good, nothing outstanding but also nothing reprehensible. The prices were slightly increased. All in all a cozy little place where you can stop off.

Food was good, especially the goose I had. And the restaurant itself is rather cosy. But service was really disappointing. Long wait to even order drinks, and then waiter behaving like we are close but unpleasant relatives of his. Overall this downgraded the whole experience for our group

Right in the center of the city, surrounded by ancient walls! They had a menu in English for tourists. The service was fast and polite and the waitress was wearing a lovely traditional dress. The food was excellent and the gluhwein was good too. Prices were ok given the high quality of food the restauraunt offered. (We had pork shoulder and smoked pork steak)

This is the best place I have ever been to in Germany. The little village it is situated in is lovely and authentic German style. The service within this restaurant is friendly and efficient. I was deeply saddened that this place wasn't open on Sunday. I can't wait to come back!
